WhiteCloud Digital provides Salesforce consulting, implementation, and support services, as well as digital marketing, SEO, and web development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials—including code, copy, visuals, and strategy frameworks—are the intellectual property of WhiteCloud Digital or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, cooperate during project delivery, and not misuse our services or intellectual property. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and sensitive data.
5. Payment & Refunds
All fees are quoted in AUD unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Refunds are issued only in accordance with our refund policy and subject to service milestones.
6. Limitation of Liability
WhiteCloud Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may use or recommend third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics). We are not responsible for their performance, terms, or data handling practices.
8. Data & Confidentiality
We treat all client data as confidential and implement reasonable safeguards. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security and are not liable for breaches beyond our control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria or as otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
